Parboiled rice (81%) - "0" type soft wheat flour - Modified potato starch - Dried porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and related group) 2.6% - Palm vegetable fat - Iodised salt - Onion - Sugar - Extract of yeast - Aromas - Lactose - Garlic - Parsley (0.1%) - Milk proteins .
May contain traces of celery, eggs, shellfish and molluscs .
Easy to prepare: 1) Add the contents of the packet to 1/2 litre of cold water, stirring until it starts to boil. 2) Cook on a medium heat for around 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until all the water is absorbed. 3) Finally you can add a knob of butter or a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and some grated parmesan cheese for that extra creamy taste.
