Truly delicious and interesting jet black sauce made with whole pieces of squid, concentrated tomaotes and squid ink.
Add this little jar of sauce to some black Spaghetti to create the famouse dish of Spaghetti al Nero di Seppia, a real Sicillian classic and true taste of the sea.
An expensive luxury but very much worth every penny, only limited stock available so when they"ve gone thats it.
